Things have been a little crazy around these parts so I'm just getting back to my September Birchbox Reviews. I have received October, but at least I haven't seen November yet!
Anyway, September was my first monthly Birchbox and I was super excited to see it waiting at my desk after returning from a weeklong off-site meeting. I made the decision to have them delivered to work so I could share my monthly treasures with some beauty loving co-workers.
amika: Perk Up Dry Shampoo Full-size $21
Love this! It has a nice, light scent works well and the bottle is super cute to throw in your handbag.
BCBGMAXAZRIA: Bon Genre Full-size $55
While I liked this scent overall, it was a little too girly, but that's what it's all about if you read the description!
Grand Central Beauty: S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Polisher Full-size $38
This skin polisher is really neat. You rub a small amount on to your face until little beads form and start polishing. It left me with smooth skin that wasn't irritated.
Le Couvent Des Minimes: Gardner's Hand Healer Full-size $19
This stuff is intense! If you have very dry hands and need some serious moisture this will work for you. I'm not the type to be pawing around the garden without gloves so a Gardner's Hand balm is a little extreme for my needs but if your hands need some healing, this product will probably work very well for you!
RUFFIAN: Nail Lacquer - Fox Hunt Full-size $10
Pretty and seasonally relevant orange color.
