I had my first Power Yoga sessions last night...whewww. For those of you unsure of what Power Yoga is, it's held in a 90F (hot hot) room and involves a 90 minute althletic full body yoga session. Needless to say I am a teeeensy bit sore today : )
I really like it though! I was definitely nervous to try it at first. My boyfriend and his parents started going and raved about it. They're all athletic runners though so I wasn't sure if I could keep up. The great thing about yoga is that you can take it at your own pace and no one is going to judge because they're all too busy sweating and twisting to take any notice at all in what you're doing : ) So try it!
