And 17 courses later we emerged from Ko.

17 courses! Our lunch today was such an amazing experience with ingredients that I'll probably never come across again in my lifetime.

I can't remember all 17 courses, but here are some highlights that I do remember:
Lots of raw fish dishes, one involving sea urchin and grated green apple.
A puffed egg with a broth that tasted like bacon.
The most amazing melt in your mouth with an ooey gooey center Gnocchi.
Glazed donut with a black sesame center and buttermilk ice cream.
Shaved foie gras with Riesling jelly and lychee. 




Give me a few days and I'll do a Momofuku Ko review, but for now, I have to pack for my trip to Chicago tomorrow morning!
