Selling Our Home: On the Market

Hey guess what! We're selling our house. I don't think this comes as a surprise, with the decluttering and deck repair posts, but there you have it!

We've learned a lot in the short time that we really began the process. Let's be honest, we've been talking about selling for more than a year, but the bulk of the work started only a few months ago.

Soon I'll share some hopefully helpful topics for anyone in the process or thinking about selling:

But in the meantime, here are some pictures that made it into our listing that went up on August 1st. Believe me when I say that it takes a lot of work to make it look like no one lives in a house.
