As some of you know, my bessst best friend Valerie is stationed in Tonga for her Peace Corps Service. I was absolutely beside myself yesterday when I first got word that an 8.0 earthquake struck Tonga. And NOW there have been two more earthquakes, a 6.0 and 5.4.
I've been trying to get through to her cell phone, but can't get connected. I've read numerous articles about the situation and it doesn't appear that Tonga suffered too much damage, but I'd love to hear that from her nonetheless.
