My 2nd two favorite men

Ben and Jerry of course! I was just having a Ben and Jerry's Favorite Flavor discussion at work so I thought I'd share with the rest of the group. This discussion was sparked by my announcement that my mom just bought me a pint of Vermonty Python (something I've yet to try) and Dublin Mudslide (mmmmm).

According to the Ben and Jerry's site, the top 10 flavors are:
  1. Cherry Garcia Ice Cream
  2. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream
  3. Chunky Monkey Ice Cream
  4. Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
  5. Half Baked Ice Cream
  6. New York Super Fudge Chunk Ice Cream
  7. Phish Food Ice Cream
  8. Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream
  9. Cherry Garcia Frozen Yogurt
  10. Coffee Heath Bar Crunch Ice Cream
My favorite has got to be Half-Baked, #4 on the list. What's your favorite?

M&M's for a good cause

It's ok... eat them, they're for a good cause.
For each of the 8 oz. bags sold, M&M's will donate $0.50 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

So the next time you're craving chocolate, you can fight breast cancer as well. Pick up a bag! : )

Sunday Night TV

Deperate Housewives (finally!) returned last night and up'ed the goofy factor a few noches too high this week. The show itself is starting to get desperate, if you will. But I suppose that is the nature of housewives... isn't it? Hahah they're novel at first but then they start to get old and act out to be attended to... needy. I miss all the interwoven plot lines... and hell if they exist this season I wouldn't be able to remember what happened 3 weeks ago, when I saw the last episode. To make matters worse, Grey's Anatomy was a REPEAT! -tear-

The "return" of Sex and the City??

According to Reality Blurred, HBO is developing a reality version of my beloved Sex and the City. Basically it sounds like a grown-up Laguna Beach in NYC... I guess I can't really complain about that! I need a new guilty pleasure anyway.
HBO “is finalizing a deal for an unscripted comedy pilot described as "‘an attempt to capture the vivacity, sexuality and friendship of women in a big city under the banner of a reality show,"” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sunday Night Tv

A much anticipated Desperate Housewives last night (seriously, when was the last time it was on??) had me longing for the excitement of Season One. More specifically.... John the Gardener. This Season One nostalgia was probably brought on by no other than... well, John the Gardener's Mom. They brought her back to deter Gabrielle and Carlos from adopting a baby, and thus forcing them to go through an underground adoption agency. The bottom line is this: we don't care about John's Mom. Season Two has been seriously lacking. For starters, it's not even on every Sunday anymore. It's more like, oh when the girls feel like making an episode and even then the writers are struggling to come up with something entertaining.

I have the perfect fix. Bring back our dear friend, John the Gardener and have him mow some lawns with no shirt on. It's easy. ; )

Real World Key West debuts

Real World: Key West

After much anticipation (on my part and Matt's at least), the 17th season of the Real World started on MTV last night.
Now, I've always been a fan of the Real World, but this one is more dear to my heart since 1. my dad lives down in the Florida Keys and 2. Matt and I actually ran into a few of the cast members when we were in Key West in November. My darling Matt even had an engaging conversation with one of the cast members on the merits of hot dogs on Duval St. When we were down there in Fat Tuesdays we noticed some suspicious looking cameramen and they ended up being the Real World camera crew. We then followed them to The Lazy Gecko where we learned that the two castmembers we saw were Janelle and Zach. Good times... maybe you'll see our blurry faces on MTV in the future : )
